Tissue Paper Apple by Deborah Daugherty

Materials:
1. small paper plates
2. red, yellow, or green tissue paper
3. glue stick
4. green construction paper for leaf
5. scissors
6. markers
7. leaf stencil (optional)

Procedure:
Children will tear small strips from tissue paper using red, yellow, or green.
Glue each strip to a small paper plate making sure not to leave any of the plate showing.

Trace and cut out a small leaf from green construction paper and glue to the top of the apple. (can cut leaf free handed)

You will have a wonderful room full of colorful apples. They are really cute apple displays for the classroom.
